Kerryn Tutt – Allied Health & Community Care Manager, Lymphoedema Physiotherapist
Kerryn Tutt is an executive leader and physiotherapist with over 25 years’ experience across aged care, disability, and allied health. She has held senior roles with organisations including Just Better Care, CatholicCare Sydney, Australian Unity, HCF, and Ramsay Health, where she led multidisciplinary teams and major service transitions. Kerryn has presented at national and international conferences, published in peer-reviewed journals, and is currently researching lower limb oedema in aged care and the role of SOZO technology in early detection. She brings both clinical and executive insight to sector reform, with a focus on supporting practitioners to deliver high-quality, person-centred care under the new Support at Home model.
Joshua Grant – Operations Executive, Carrington Care
Joshua Grant is an operations executive with extensive leadership experience across aged care, disability, and community services. He is currently Executive Manager of Business Operations at Carrington Care and has previously held senior roles with CatholicCare Sydney and Ability Options, where he led service growth, organisational transformation, and sector transitions. Joshua is passionate about enabling lasting change that improves equity and inclusion, with expertise in business development, stakeholder engagement, and service redesign.
Maree O’Connor (Host) – Lymphoedema Physiotherapist, Lymphoedema Education Solutions, Chronic Oedema Solutions
Maree O’Connor is a physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience in lymphoedema management and physiotherapy after breast cancer. She established the first comprehensive lymphoedema clinic at the Mercy Hospital for Women in 1994, co-authored the Lymphoedema Handbook, and has taught extensively in Australia and overseas. A founding member and first president of the Australasian Lymphology Association, Maree has served on numerous state, national, and international committees, including the Australian and International Lymphoedema Frameworks, reflecting her long-standing commitment to advancing lymphoedema education and care.
